Vendor Notes and Pricing

Vendors last year expressed concerns about limited foot traffic in the back park area.

We heard your feedback! Here’s how we plan to do better:

Our team recognized that the back area was too isolated from the main stage and the rest of the event, and the lack of shade may have caused discomfort. We sincerely apologize for the oversight and are committed to better planning this year.

To enhance the vendor experience, we will no longer be placing vendors in the back park area. However, due to the reduced space and fewer vendor slots available, there will be a slight increase in the vendor fee. To balance this, we’re offering special deals, which are detailed below.

We truly appreciate any feedback we receive to improve the SumSol experience. Thank you for being part of our community, and we hope to see you at SumSol 2025!

PRICING:

As a grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your vendor fee helps cover essential event expenses like venue fees, staging, restrooms, signage, insurance, and permits. We would like to reiterate that this is not a financial venture for anyone on the SumSol Team, but is a cause we deeply care for, your vendor fee is not going to the pockets of any staff member, volunteer, or performer, but solely towards our mission of supporting those impacted by Topical Steroid Withdrawal. Your participation helps us offset expensive event costs and allocate funds more quickly to people in need. Any remaining funds not used for event costs will directly support sending our Featured TSW warriors to receive treatment. Thank you for supporting our cause and making this event possible!

For your convenience, we also are offering: 

• payment plans (please inquire if this is needed) 

• referral codes for each vendors to advertise to their friends, family, and customers ($2 per back ticket bought with referral code, maxing out at $100)

• opportunity to receive full vendor fee back by winning "SumSol's Fan Favorite Vendor Award"
